I will say this, it is a bit more likely to get an endless stream of useless chatter from less mature players which makes it very difficult to actually coordinate a team and they solo in match more often than work with the team. Notice I said less mature and not young. The natural inclination is to (sometimes wrongly) assume that age is directly tied to maturity.

I sold my wife and kids to the Amarr for isk, its a valid tactic.
