Because half the time they don't know what they are talking about, they don't listen, they rush in and get killed then blame everyone for not being there.
They can't handle straight talk, you can't joke about like normal, they have no sense of loyalty and no drive to make something themselves so they corp hop fotm style and they also have fotm mentality with games and always want the latest in thing even if its sht so they are never around for long.
This behaviour is not isolated to dust either, oh and they get grounded so their attendance is temperamental.
That about sums them up generally but of course a small fraction are worth the time, I have a 12 year old in my corp and he's quality.
