All I get in minmatar factional are stupid blues that decide sniping on a tower is a higher priority to capturing an OBJ! I find myself going solo against waves of enemies, I'm the only one getting a half-decent score, and the other team (Ammar) always having at least a squad and a half of capable players! Whenever I type "LFS Min FW" into a chat channel or "RF_ Min FW" I get no response. It really gets to me that just yesterday we had 99%, now we have 31%. Seriously minbros? Just gonna give up for some stupid rewards?
I've only found one squad, YES ONLY ONE, playing minmatar factional post 1.7 release. Everyone went to all the other faction for their suits/weapons that are (some are) superior, because of the current (biased) state of balance, but that's a whole other thread.
TL;DR Not enough minnies playing minnie FW, if you're a minnie come on home 
Minmatar Factional chat channel is 'Chosen Matari' meet up there...

Try working with the current Caldari militia. We had two matches tonight where blues purposefully called in orbitals on top of other blues and took 5 team kills for the lulz. And they didn't get kicked. Of course when I drop an orbital on myself to clear out 6 enemies on a point I immediately get kicked....makes sense right? |

Maybe you should seek out corps that specialise in Mini FW (Ultramarines spring to mind) or even create a squad with the "Min FW Only" title for others to join? |

If you're serious about FW, the only way to do FW is to join a FW corporation or have a significant number of people who squad up with you.

A mechanic that encourages playing for badly populated factions might help.
Something like a displayed bonus in standing gains based on the relative average number of mercs per faction.
This would funnel players that are just starting with FW into the weaker faction(s) without disproportionally punishing "loyalists".
You can take a benign object, -you can take a cheeseburger and deconstruct it to its source...

I'm loyal to my Corporation as well, but that doesn't mean we can't squad together.
I squad with a lot of guys from Chosen Matari when I want to do Min FW. There are usually quite a few guys from Carbon 7 or Science for Death doing Minmatar FW as well.
UMC- fights only for the Minmatar and Gallente in FW, usually when we run FW we try to sync because lolsmurfs and we usually alternate Minmatar and Gallente in order to appease all the Loyalists in our Corp.
