2. Just spawned in, beginning of the match when I witnessed a Missile Tank pull up to our red line and destroy our supply depot in one shot.
3. Was stuck inside a building as 6 tanks circled outside.
4. Watched a tank drive up the side of a mountain in Mantis Peak and made a short cut to C
5. Me and another were the only ones trying to capture an objective in Domination as our other 14 team mates rode around in tanks and circled the city the whole match.
Unless this fixed soon CCP I for one will not be cannon fodder for tanker. I will sit in the MCC or deep in the red line and just camp. Cant do anything else, try and capture an objective or kill a red your gunned down by a swarm of tanks or a DS that hovers over head, which you cant take it out thanks to swarms range being useless.
This is a warning to tankers. You wanted to be taken serious and wanted a chance to be competitive, if these stupid shenanigans continue the nerf hammer will come.
So CCP please fix this mess so we can have a fun and a exciting game. Where tankers and infantry can play at a level that is competitive and fun.
Many of your grievances are being caused by the Militia Nitrous module providing a 100% bonus to speed and acceleration rather than 10%.
As well, I think we can say at this point that while the reduction in cost of modules for HAVs was most certainly needed, the reduction we got was a bit overzealous.
I mean, if you saw ZionShad's thread the other day, we've had a suit killed in an orbital that was 160k. You can now make an effective HAV for only 180k if you use the right modules.
