is this a joke?
you nerf AV, and then make these armor and shield hardeners godly.
what i'm seeing in match after match is a new breed of tanker.
tankers that are high in SP...
so, they're running in relatively cheap madrugars fitted with hardeners that can temporarily make themselves invulnerable.
so, they see an aver, and instead of avoiding them, they drive their tank right up to them,
activate invulnerability...
and then EJECT from the tank, in their protosuit, and kill the AVer that is likely armed with only a submachine gun.
the days of hunting tanks are over.
it's every man for himself out there.
AV fits are few and far between (as everyone has practically given up on the swarm), leaving tankers to constantly go 20-0 every match.
is this the game you wanted CCP?
good luck and godspeed. this is the shittiest this game has ever been.
it's learn to tank or fly a dropship, or be left in the dust. nothing else matters anymore.
i humbly request that tanks never be able to be made completely invulnerable, and that their modules only be able to be active if someone is actually driving the tank. 2 minor requests.
oh. AND FOR ****'S SAKE BOOST THE DAMAGE ON MY GOD DAMN PROFICIENCY 5 WYRKOMI SWARM LAUNCHER.
FFS.
TLDR: TANKS ARE TOO GOD DAMN POWERFUL. INVULNERABILITY IS RIDICULOUS. MODULES SHOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO BE ACTIVE WHEN SOMEONE IS IN THE TANK.

god forbid i want a balanced and fun game to play.
i'm pointing out ways to make it fair.
pointing out, that right now, swarms are nearly useless, and tanks are god-mode.
if nothing changes, you won't hear another word from me.
i'll just be driving a tank in a protosuit, popping my invulnerabilty and jumping out when i please in a few weeks.
... then it will be your tears.
... just like it was last patch. i was the first one crying that the 10% buff to all weapons was too much.
and then raping your face with my gallente armor.
(the 10% buff is still too much, and TTK is still too low, but the only people feeling the real pain are newberries.)
this game is just, awful. plain and simple. CCP keeps inventing new ways to make it worse.
it's kind of mind-boggling in a sense how bad they keep messing it up.
oh well. SOON TM. |
