I have 1 good thing and 1 BAD thing i want to point my finger on.
PLUS: Thanks to Combat and Rail rifles;Nubs have left alone my SCR rifle and i actually dont see them with it anymore. TY. Now i can proudly weild my SCR .... Now everyone thinks they are g*damned awesome with a Gal Logi and a Assault Combar rifle. Rofl....
CON: Can someone PLEASE explain me how im supposed to kill a tank? Just saying: I got in a match and the enemy threw out like 4+ tanks , and i was with the Breach FG and coulnt drop a single one of them.....They are EVEN FASTER than before, FG's deal LESS damage than before...After the 1st shot they are either GONE or at Full HP again....WTH...? So in order to not stress myself out i've decided to only IGNORE them, since i know i just cant kill them.
Overall the patch feels good:
GÖª TTK is still low as hell, meaning HP difference is barely noticable. Im running a 500 HP Amarr with SCR and i kill and get killed as always.Still fun. GÖª one thing : it seems that latency is off the hook. I've had a lot of Laggy games. Like serious lag.I dont even want to know how PC is doing... GÖª the volcano stuff is epic GÖª The playebase seems motivated GÖª The EZ mode version of the new weapons give a chance to the n00bs of New eden. Assault Rail and Combat rifle gives them an EZ mode option to deal with enemies even longer ranges.Paired with heavy Armored dropsuits , even the most n00bish of scrubs has a chance now. GÖª Somehow one of my favourite weapons, the Breach AR, works marvelously....
What about you? What do you guys think of 1.7...?

Easy peasy.
You just forgot: 1-Its map dependant, there are maps where hitting a tank (specially as fast as they are now) twice is impossible 2-i dont have Hives as a FG 3-What about infantry? I cant take tanks down fast enough there by i usually get killed half way through my job.
You see? YOUR explanation is pretty precise, but its my fault for not asking the question correctly: 'How am i supposed to take down a tank in a PUB match with unorganized blue dots?''
The tanker does not necesarily NEED to be in a team to use his tank effectivley (this is in the case both sides are only randoms!) but yet i need to be with 2-3 other AVES to take it down? WTH

So i need to be organized to take down an enemy tank? But the enemy tank does not need to be organized to own everything freely?
REMEMBER at the end of the day, is 1 player vs 1 player. The fact the tanker can play solo and win effectivley makes tank broken. IN EVERY ASPECT.

HArdeners making tanks invencible EVEN with 1HP is not enough, Thanks to the ungodly speed they have, the miserable damage AV weapons deal and thanks to the ridiculously LOW Tank limitation per team. I mean, 16 vs 16 and i see 6+ tanks around per team, WTH? whatever sseriously. im happy for tankers and im making my own tanks as we speak, F it.

one player should always be able to sucesfully kill the other player with the correct equipment, REGARDLESS of Equipment,SP-ISK invested...the other player has.

What we have now is broken ass invincible tanks... And i m glad for it. The only thing taht really bothers me is vehicle drivers thinking they got good over night , and cant realize their vehicles have been buffed way too much,next to AV nerf....Amking them invincible.

Well, MLT weapons DO ; do in Proto suits in the correct hands. It is doable.... So yeah. If the player is skilled,a MLT AVers should be able to take down a tank.

No,its not timing. Its MAP + TEAM.
You wont do S*** if you have every single infantry men behind you. You wont do S*** in maps like line harvets OR Ashland where they can just hide because they have cover every 5 mts.
AND EVEN if you do however have a good AV game killingm,say, 3 tanks!?
You wont say a word of the other 15 games where you are going to get buttplugged in.... so it wont make a difference what you come and say here in the forums.
So save your time.

Either you guys are really trying to save face, because you know you are noobs without such a stacked advantage. OR you really just are that stupid. I was hoping for the former but throughout these posts I've realized that the majority of overly vocal HAV pilots on here fall under the second category.

The problem with this is that it only works with proto AV. I feel really sorry for those without proto AV. There is literally nothing they can do on their own.
If it wasn't for the proto requirement I'd say that tanks are getting close to where they should be. Apart from the typo with the militia nitro which gives 100% boost of course.
Having to use PROTO equipment to drop MILITIA vehicles is Stupid and nonesense. Not to mention that now a MLT tanks are Cheaper than Proto Dropsuits , and are 100x better in terms of killing power.
