i'm 2 shotting other tanks with adv rail and damage mod. working on proto rail now.
i mean will this game go back to Rail 514. O_o
i mean rails have insane RoF and have amazing damage, and don't have to worry about over heating. ever. XD
Tank driver. 10 mil SP in tanks 8 mil into infantry.

Yes. I haven't tried the damage mods, but the advanced railgun is awesome. I'm still trying to decide if I need a proto version.
There will be bullets. ACR+SMG

And unless you are an exceptional shot they are **** against infantry. All is right in the rail world.

They'll likely be nerfed along with the new tank's speed at some point or another. Still, it is pretty fun to see how ridiculously powerful they are. |

no. a rail is insane AV. i mean it's like chrome tank fights again. it's stupid how effective they r vs other tanks.
i loved rail fights in 1.6 a whole lot more.

do caldari faction warfare and get points to test out proto rails. it's like aurum version. less skill requirements.

I played a PC last night.. Proto rail would 2-3 shot my tank without my hardener.
With my armor hardener it took the dude I think 5-8 shots. Usually more than enough time to get away... Unfortunately I had to get it blown up so I can protect the point :(

was he using a damage mod. because tht makes all the difference. it really breaks it. as u get a 30% damage increase. O_o

Blaster maddys are still a serious problem for gunnys.
Running rail maddy is suicide, and running blaster gunny is... Meh.
