And AV is AV... wait never mind AV is a great waste of isk and sp and is the death of the the heavy, which now has no place anywhere.

Thinking we could probably get rid of recall now, especially with the cheaper cost of vehicles. Or at least make it only possible near a supply depot. Or make an actual rdv come and get it, with a good chance to be shot down. a tank can be 3 shotted by railgun when being called in a due to the ammount of railguns in redlines, its easy to kill tanks
