Just imagine, they can use the tank buff and split it between Scouts and Heavies.
Scouts can get a speed boost, and Heavies can be virtually in destructible and heal faster. |

That was my thought exactly. How can something be nerfed from going 10m/s but something be buffed to go like 18m/s?
