Combat rifle sounds puny like the SMG, that it makes sense because the weapons are of very similar designs, but couldn't it have something meatier? I would prefer a deeper heavier metallic sound. It is a rifle, and not an SMG, so a heavier sound i warranted.
The rail rifle sounds pretty boring, should sound more like a railgun turret. The spool up time should make a sound like the railgun spool up time. Shooting sounds should sound metallic with an electric hum to it. Right now it sounds like its firing from a hollow wooden gun.
I never liked the scrambler rifle's "shweh shweh" sound, I always found the scrambler rifle sound pretty lame compared to the AWESOME "untz untz" sound of the scrambler pistol which is a better fit for energy weapons. I still hope one day the sound will be changed to be more like the scrambler pistol. The assault scrambler rifle has that hollowness in its sound as well.
The assault rifle sound is ok, it sounds like a blaster weapon should, but its not exactly impressive. Not really sure how it should be improved while still maintaining the blaster-like sound.

Seems like it would fit the rail rifle, sounds high tech, but still kinetic
