Having the same issue. Can't connect to voice chat. Can't switch or deactivate voice channel. When I turn off voice chat, dust crashes.

Submitted a ticket. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Sounds like you're getting a very rare defect that we know about. Fixing it has some stability implications so we need to make sure it's totally stable before moving forward.

If you create a new channel that has never been used before it should work.

The fix mentioned above was due to some older issues that have been fixed.

Best thing is to send a petition ASAP after you see this happening with the alt you're using - the logs for voice only live for 24 hours so it will give us enough time to look into it.

I have not had voice comms all day I just assumed it would get fixed.

My day started this morning when I got the download 100% then I got a corrupted error message and had to completely delete dust and redownload everything.

I reset played with settings but I can not get commas to change to any other channel.
Mine is stuck on corp.

I didn't try making a new channel but will try that.

I had the same issue today. Updated dust while at work. Came home and was disconnected for inactivity...no biggie I just log back in. Can hear fine but could not talk on comms, or change the channel I was talking on.

Tried hard reset, tweaking settings, etc. Nothing.

Finally, just deleted and reinstalled client (just should have done that in the first place). Works perfect.

Sucks ya gotta do that but if you compare if it's easier to get ccp to try and fix the issue versus the half hour to reinstall completely, I'm sure you'll save time and sanity by just reinstalling.

LOL no. I always know it will be moved... I just know it will die quicker here :(. So i just post in general to give it exposure. I always do this with bugs so they get the proper attention the need.

There is a simple fix, use your PSN button and select sign out from PSN, don't leave dust. and your mic will reconnect.

i tried that last night ,,, didn't work ,,,, the method i stated earlier was the only way i could get it back .

i've managed to find a solution ,,,, if you log out from neo com , enter another character on the same account , the other account will also have comms glitch, repeat this again and return to your main character and hey presto it's fixed ,,, took me 2 hours last night to get them back ,,,, before this i had reset factory settings , deleted saved game data utlity , everything , this bug does keep coming back , but the method i have just stated works everytime , all the time ......
