wouldn't know, drive a shield tank... but somebody in shanghai better get on that it might be game breaking for some, and the best module EVAR for others.

that's cute, first off, the armor tanks have a higher top speed than shield tanks, they also have a long acceleration time. many tankers are getting around the acceleration time by using nos, which is completely fair. secondly you can't kill a hardened tank, sorry, it's just not gonna happen anymore. the good news is a hardener lasts 24 - 30 seconds on a shield tank if you can catch them out of cycle or alpha strike them with 2 or 3 swarms when they don't have a hardener up they will pop.
I don't know how armor tanks work, I'm surprised to see as many as I currently do. you may be able to kill them while they're hardened but I seriously doubt it. however it will probably take multiple people to do.
if you couldn't solo a tank with proto swarms in 1.6 you are bad and should feel bad.

nah bro, we'd recall or die... or red line. it takes more than one AVer to take us down even proto fit however it sure as hell doesn't take 10.

ugh, you know what, do whatever you feel you need to do. post a million threads and nerf tanks back into the ground, it's only a million and a half of my skill points and to be quite honest it's a million SP that I would happily give up to have the forums wiped of every AV QQ and FW post.
I'm taking a vacation necro this thread as you see fit and use it as you may. I'll see you all in game but wont be around on the forums for a bit, at least until you idiots stop post a new TANKS ARE OP thread every 2 seconds.
I need to bump one thread that actually matters as it is a bug report, see you in a few weeks.
