I baited a madrugar around a corner I had my nanohive down and he turned the wrong way so that I was behind him. I got off four Lai Dai AV grenades and I was one lai dai away from killing him. I was about 10 feet behind him then he took off as the lai dai was halfway between the two of us and he was so fast that it landed about 30 feet behind him. The acceleration was just obnoxious and gamebreaking considering the low cost of tanks. |

I was expecting this to be "Caldari tanks actually got that acceleration buff we needed", but when I saw "Madrugar" in the OP, my immediate guess was Nitro. It's probably that. |

I say bring overdrives back for shield tankers, that nitro is way to big of an advantage for armor tankers |

Militia Nitrous is bugged at 100% bonus instead of 10%.

If a tank is bad enough to let me get behind him and activate a nanohive he should get poped especially since it now takes 5-6 prototype packed AV grenades to take out a properly fit tank. The issue is that the speed of tanks now is cartoonishly over the top. |

Coming from someone who drove a "tank", IRL (actually, it was a B-FiST... a modified Bradley Fighting Vehicle equipped as a heavy "atillery spotting" platform... I was a Forawrd Observer, in the US Army), this is pretty much true to life. Once those tracks spin, the whole damn thing moves with pretty impressive acceleration.
The tradeoff is, if you stop too suddenly, your face might become part of whatever is in front of you, and your internal organs all start a mosh pit inside your torso.
Imma call this one "working as intended".... |

Lol.... sooooo many misinformed. The militia nitrous gives a 100% speed boost. (totally not as intended but definitely fun) they'll hot fix it soon. Till then, no need to cry about tank speed. |
