Getting inside the ship, again, is easier said then done. The best shot you'd have would be going in through a hanger or having sleeper agents already on the inside. Once you have a full team ready for deployment? Go ape ****.
No, really. The inside of a craft is manned by teams of drones and marines to guard them. Yet, it stands to light that capsuleers have always been overconfident. They'd be caught totally off guard by any internal offensive. Assuming they haven't self destructed yet, you have one major objective left: Break everything you can get your hands on. Life support, drone bays... Frankly space inside a starship is tight enough. You literally can't throw a rock without hitting something important.
You're primary object for destroying a ship should be accessing the ammo dump. If you can detonate the payload of any missile ammunition then you can effectively deal a crippling blow to any battleship. Does your ship operate off hybrid tech? You're out of luck soldier.

For now, most of the crew are not well trained and are mostly prepared to deal with something like mutiny or whatnot. But once this starts happening, don't be surprised if the crews begin to adapt to the new threat. After all, they are paid by the Capsuleers. Apparently, 1000 ISK is a lot of money to a normal citizen.
OK, CCP. When are knives finally going to be improved?

than compare damage differences than use EVE stats for the turret that I dropped the OB with to calculate EVEs DPS version for REs than calculate how many you would need to blow a hole in a Avatar
