Swarms do not stop the shield regen on shield vehicles that have activated a hardener (damage threshold too high for regen?). This makes shield vehicles invulnerable to swarms.
Militia nitrous mod (or however its called) curently give 100% speed boost to tanks (and lavs?). This render av useless as any tank equipped with such mod can teleport away.
Fix those 2 issues and tanks will be balanced

Agreed.
My tank actually regens health while swarms are hitting me, with a hardener up. So even what little damage they do do, as they keep on the pressure, is negated by my regen, that SHOULDN'T BE WORKING!
Speed, meh. The speed is nice, and you really sacrifice a lot by using one (shield tanks at least). But I think swarm range needs to be buffed up a bit! Speed helps mitigate a lot of damage, but :
swarms are destroyed by a 175m lock range.
I can run faster than the swarms, swarms need to move faster!

But additional swarm speed should be traded with their turn radius (which is 0 right now). Or a new variant can be introduced called assault swarms?

Trade off tracking ability for speed. Which is what swarms need in close range against tanks. I like it
