I thought it should have a lower RoF. Maybe that charge applied with every bullet shot? Right now it seems like an AR but with a charge in front of it. A 0.5 second charge.
Other than that, it definitely does obliterate the B-AR.

I would like it if all other Assault Rifle variants were removed, OR they add the other variants to the other guns. It's just always confused me that they would add in Tac-ARs, Breach-ARs, etc to Assault Rifles, but not to RRs, CBRs, or SCRs.

Actually, the Rail Rifle works great in CQC. The tight spread allowed me to take down many-a-protos and a couple heavies as well. :D

Gallente have always been insanely high damage, low RoF, and Short Range. So you're 1/3rd right. Low Damage/High RoF is Minmatar's thing (What with the Combat Rifle/SMG and all that).

The shotgun's statistics lists the minimum damage it can do (It's optimal), it multiplies as it gets closer (Why I can 2-shot Protos without damage mods).
