FW kick without me doing damage? Kicking too harsh?

I had just been in the game 2 mins and haven't friendly fired at all but the mail said that I had? Can someone explain this? I really enjoy this new faction warfare but this kicking system is way to harsh. I launched my first ever orbital strike today after to many months, I assume that was what got me kicked? If so, that is a joke because how can I see where my allies are when launching a strike? Naturally I strike a red base haha. Come on, seriously, this patch is amazing, the integration with EvE is so good. The patch has great content, but banning people for 24 hours is really silly. I understand the standings loss or whatever but please let us play the amazing patch you made. We have waited so long!!

This would never happen in eve, if you friendly fire your corp mates, you don't get a 24 hour ban.

They need to hot fix in some tweaks, as I have mentioned. Obviously the griefers need to be handled without punishing the people that make honest mistakes. It is hard sometimes in a group combat situation. So many times in normals I have been crouched firing my HMG and some idiot just walks in front of me. If that happened enough in FW, I would be the one to be kicked. And that is silly.
