With maxed skills you can make all those mods complex substitute the blaster for a proto missile then put a PG mod and ammo in the lows. Are the proto turrets still insanely priced or are they a little more reasonable? Also, an vehicle stuff in the LP store? Proto turrets are about 230k You can get Tank frames for a reduced ISK price as well less skill requirement for 500 LP and about half the ISK of the regular frame (97k) You can also get turrets for a reduced skill requirement and ISK price Blaster for Gallente Missile for the Caldari State Tanker/Logi Teamwork for thee, but no teamwork for me, such is the motto of the anti vehicle infantry. -Spkr4theDead
