Well just the wording alone makes it sound like it's coming soon, and if nothing else, it's being actively worked on.

I prefer to promote diversity, personally. Having a huge bonus to cloak fitting is a great boon to scouts. It means if you want to be a cloaked 'anything else', you are really going to have to sacrifice your fitting to make it work. Things like that promote a rich gaming environment, rather than a predictable one.

on the contrary. its very predictable. I predict we will see many, many cloaked logi suits.
Logis with gimped fits, sure, and that are much easier to see moving cloaked.
It will be good for sniper and shotgun fits of other suits, and that's about it. Other than that it will be a novelty and more of a joke than anything else. In other words, get gud?

It will be much more than viable. Finally, intelligent snipers will be rewarded for taking a few key shots, then moving under cloak to a different position. If anything they may end up being OP lol
