So I'm in a squad the other day on the weekend with this dude snatch licker randomly, we have 5 guys an the 6 th guy pops in with a really mousey voice we all laugh then find out he's 9.
Why he's playing is beyond me but cool w/e so we do some game an little mans doing his best in a scout suit with 1.5 mill sp an getting the odd + game so we give him some tips an we're about to all log out before dt , then little man asks if he can drop the ob in the second last match, snatch licker( sqd lead) won't pass it to him even though he already dropped two. K the kid went 3/12 were like ok we ll do one more let the kid drop them on the next battle since he's only ever done it once and we wanna get him some kills.
Ok this squad lead of ours is 49 an the kid is 9, next match is last before dt we redline them early , their all bunched up an dude won't pass lead an used all three obs, cuz the kid wouldn't mic up.
So I guess he got upset an turned his mic off cuz he waited 40 min for a turn, so we're telling leader, " dude just pass it to him!"
SL passes it with like 40 sec left in the match what bs!
As if new guys don't have it rough enough, not that kids should be in game or squad chat with foul mouthed 50yr olds but dude come on!

Join a real corp, a lot of your problems will be solved but make sure the one you choose to join fits what you want.

If it was a really high tense match, I wouldn't have did it but in a red-line match, I couldn't care.

I swear, I think this is one of the only games I've played where the higher someones KDR is, the worse I assume them to be.
So many ways to boost it it's beyond funny

A lot of people who are dickheads in the game are that way because in real life they are pathetic losers so are making up for it here where they feel they have some semblance of "power". I just laugh when I run across people like this because I know they probably cry themselves to sleep at night curled into a ball. |

Honestly, I would have let the kid try it anyways just to see how bad he might mess up. I know I screwed up many times with the OB before when I first started.
Now, once FW 2.0 comes in, don't be surprised if that 9-year-old doesn't get a chance anymore because now everyone will become paranoid about where the OB will land.
OK, CCP. When are knives finally going to be improved?

what rating is this game 16+/18+? depending where you are
personally I don't think any kids should play the game.
normally I play monthly sub PC games - and its great as you don't really have many younger players on them. in dust its part of the reason I don't often pub squad up, there are too many of them and I hate hearing them as they are simply on a different wave length to me.
that's why I would happily pay a sub to weed most of them out. |
