And that's what we want, the last thing we want is to drag you out of a corp, or war, but if you want a Tour of Duty, I will personally sponsor EVE side, when this is possible, the medals of service for all Tour of Duty players.
Until then I will carve their names into a placard of pure Gold.

((**** I realised I should have suggested Legio Aurum when Aero asked me about corp name, being the Golden Legion would have been amazing!)) We would gladly welcome you as one of the firsts immortals to serve a Tour of Duty. As True stated, the purpose of the Tours are to allow all Amarr supporters to unite in a tradition without dragging anyone out of their corporation. If you were to do a tour, you would have Scions of Athra as your corporation from December 10th to say December 17th (or sooner or later depending or later, no obligations). During this time period you would represent Scions and participate with us as we make our major push in Amarr FW. Then, when you decide you are done with your Tour, you return to Outer.Heaven. If you wished to be a shareholder and have equal ownership and a vote in corporation affairs, however, you would be expected to stay more long term. Again, I would like to reinforce the idea of the Athran Philosophy. Joining into the match bearing the same corporation will bring fear and hesitance to the enemy and positively boost the morale of the Amarr militia.
I works. Scions been topping Ammar FW for days now.

That aside I support this personally however my corporation is free to fight for who they desire it is after-all a game & I want them to have fun. Though I still support The Amarr if it's brought up & encourage to atleast try out the Amarr.
I will be fighting for The Amarr on this character mainly as Vinsarrow is far better equipped & i'm already in the channel on all 3 characters, but I might put my 3rd character in your corporation just to have it their to show support, as I can't join as Vinsarrow being CEO & all.
Would that be acceptable? And are their any requirements?
No requirements, but your support is greatly appreciated.

By more meaningful I don't mean religion. Speaking strictly out of character, as I have been as this is not a roleplay corporation, there are far greater things to play for than ISK. ISK is the same everwhere. You play some matches to earn ISK and the guys you fight with one round can be the guys you fight against the next, which makes it feel slightly meaningless. Why are you even trying to get the ISK? So you can fight more against people that you'd just as easily be attacking. Sure you can also do PC, but then you only become part of a very small group of players that fight together. With Faction Warfare, you have the opportunity to not only fight for something more distinguishing like Loyalty Points and standing, but you are also working to build the greater community, in our case the greater Amarr community. It provides a more meaningful set of objectives than simply acquiring ISK, at least in my opinion. Oh, believe me, I'm all for those LP! I'll be Uplink Spamming so I can get more Uplinks and logi suits with my LP!! :D Idk if I'll even have the time though with what's going on :( That'll probably be for all the retired PC corps, or dedicated FWers like yourself.
I'll sell you uplinks and any Amarrian gear you want from FW at a standard rate. That's how I'll make my money.

I have no issue, the Amarr are like Space Marines, and spacemarines are badass! If the Amarr were space marines they all would have to kneel before the emperor and apologize as his crusade is about the liberation of mankind not the worship of a god. The emperor is described as a "man god" but he isn't to be worshiped and it is against what he wanted which is what started the horus heresy, the space marines are all about duty and honour to their "deceased" leader and his plan to liberate humanity and cleanse the galaxy of xenos. If they worship anything it would be the codex astartes and each chapters respective combat doctrine. The "Faith" the chaplains promote is nothing more than to keep a space marine duty bound and resist the temptations of chaos. Some one in my corp told me that the Amarr are basically like Arabs so im guessing you guys will be strapping remotes to your cars and grenades to your chest and then proceed to Allah Ackbar the enemy team....and that conlcudes the racist portion of this post, im very sorry You must not realize that the Amarr are all about spreading peace and unity to mankind. And based on several of their action, such as sending ISK carepackages to those in need, even the enemy, building schools and hospitals in run down Matari space, or even reverse engineering our own implants and gifting them to the other three empires to save them the trouble of the whole "514" problem, Amarr are very much watching out for the well being of New Eden. If you were to read a fair bit of stories of New Eden, you'd see the Amarr aren't as crazy as you think. They go to school in a very relaxed open minded manner, they have summers where all the kids go to beaches to surf and hang out, they live in very ethnically diverse cities, while they are united in religion they celebrate individualism. Their unity gives them the lowest crime rate in New Eden. They also value human life, and are not so keen to accept the lose of innocent life as collateral damage as other empires, particularly the Gallente Federation who very frequently kill their own civilians in the process of hunting down the enemy.
Nice summary.
All I said was the Amarr are like Space Marines.
Our clones are 7m Tall super soldiers who are loyal to an Emperor/Empress and venerate such as a divine Avatar.

I can still tour without actually joining, right? Can just squad up? Taking part in a Tour of Duty does require that you actually join the corporation, and then after the tour you return to your original corporation. It's a decision based on our philosophy (see second post: Athran Philosophy) in regards to unity and how that benefits Amarr.
Well only to get the campaign medals/accolades that we will one day be able to give out.

Ultimate DPS monster.

Yeah it got to the point where I was confident enough to face down the longspears, like your demons spear, and the DSS with relative ease. At that point the game was just a way to farm Eyes of Death.
I still think I hold the record for most EoD donated to Nito on something like 650ish.

Wow that's a lot of eyes, you were probably the most successful gravelord in history Are you as hyped as me for dark souls 2? I played both network tests, I cannot wait for that game.
I didn't, I don't wanna know anything yet.
I would like to think so, but there were others, I would probably have been one of the most successful on PS3, Xbox would have been DxV04, he basically worked out the mechanics, posted them on the wiki forums, and taught me how to do it right....though I was less honourable than he was about it.

Yeah I don't blame you, the network test was basically the size of the undead burg with two bosses, got a good feel for the mechanics, backstabs won't be as bad in PVP, and we get cape physics bunch more miracles, spells, ton of new weapons....gonna be game of the year I think the way gravelording works is you wouldn't get black phantoms unless your victim was in new game+ but could still see the sign either way I gravelorded for a while but not nearly as much as you, I'm very impressed, i hope they add another covenant like that but improved.
You could gravelord anywhere given time, and could check by using the white soul stone, and gate fog mechanics. It was subtle but very rewarding. 4v1 was very common since your invasion time was 0, and rapid 6v1 emerged as well (4v1 with two new guys spawning in as you kill your enemies)

Reporting that opening conflicts against Matari forces were successful in a number of regions across Devoid, concerted efforts to dislodge Matari rebels will be launched within successive days.
All conflicts relatively minor in scale with fleets on stand by to provide what orbital support they could against entrenched enemy units.
All in all a resoundingly successful series of skirmishes.

We will brother, we will, this weekend I think the Scions will come out in force. I have very annoying hours at work, coupled with social commitments (ugh being social....), I have only really been able to get in about 6-8 matches, most of which were pubs to test out the new equipment I have.

Insane amounts of lag? Check.
Blueberries that are running free suits so they won't be affected by the no ISK gain? Check.
Getting kicked when you use your REs? Check.
Getting kicked when a blueberry runs into your orbital? Check.
Getting trolled by people who abuse FF and shave your health down to the point where anything can kill you? Check.
Not being able to be competitive without a PRO Cal/GalLogi? Check.
No matchmaking based on tier to prevent a blueberry takeover? Double Check.
Only having the vanilla variants in the LP Stores? Check.
Only way for vehicle pilots to enjoy their LP is to fight for the Gallente or Caldari? Check.
Not making a specialist variant for all of the LP items? Check
Seems good. Now lets see how we can buff that AR and lower TTK even more!

Was in my first FW match after returning to the frontlines....
Claimed 2 Federation Madrugars, a Sica, and uncounted LAV in the name of God and Empress.
The battle had swung back and forth but now we were in control.....
Five armour ticks left when the enemy made their counter attack, a full compliment of HAV and infantry escorts in LAV....
I down another Federation Madrugar, the Faithful hold firm against the renewed enemy assault...
And then I feel it, a burning in my skull, so painful my HAV is left crippled out in the open unable to fire......and my clone disconnected form TAC NET and it booted back to Marthia.....
I WAS SO CLOSE TO LEVEL 2!

Yeah they are. How manu Gallente supporters know anything about their own faction
Less than 10% I would say.
Go learn about your own peoples histories, remain as unbiased as you can, and then tell me everything the Gallente do is valorous.
Torture and **** of Caldari PoW
Bombing of Caldari Prime
Abuse of Minmatar living in the Federation
Murder of Karin Midular by Broteau
Crashing the Nyx into Ishukone HQ
Firing upon the Caldari Titan which crashed into Caldari Prime below risking the lives of billions....
