The nostalgia bug hit me, so I searched for vids of Dust when I first started playing.

 The weapons were so pretty

This video comes courtesy of one of the community's own. Whether he still plays or not, I'm not sure. Probably will be answered shortly.

While I did enjoy this build, I'm glad to see Dust grow and continue to grow. It's come a long way.

But shiny weapons and square ironsights still has my heart

 Enjoy the Jolly onslaught!

For some reason, the glossy weapons reminds me of some of the cartel photos of gold AKs.

I'll always hate AV nades and swarms though, to damn powerful for something that does all the work for you.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way - A tale of two cities.

 Chromosome montages make me remember:
People complaining about different things in the same manner they do now
People complaining about their play style of choice being nerfed into the ground
Beefy Tanks, Lasers, OLD Mass Drivers being OP(The circle of life)
Getting stuck in the hill outside of the city on the 3 point map (Some things will never change).

Dang fun watching this game grow, as frustrating as it can be.....

I was scared as hell of heavies when I first started. Nothing worst than seeing a hulking mass of metal with a 50 cal slung over his shoulder waiting for you. You could almost see the helmet smile at you.
