I'll speak with him. As a pilot, nothing grinds my years more than teammates stealing my stuff. I personally try to have some sense of honor while flying. I don't steal ships, I don't crash into them with militia ds, I dont call in RDVs. I'll see what I can do to cease his douchbaggery, but he is his own person, and I can't baby him.

That being said, i think you may be over reacting. You said it yourself, it's not the money, it's the principle. Well, sorry to say that that principle is the golden rule in New Eden. Team killing, theft, spying, ganking, griefing, etc are to be expected. So harden up, don't fly what you can't afford to lose, and trust no one.
