No, it's not ok, Skip and karma can be a ***** and you would be justifiable in hunting him down, but do it individually and keep it between you and him. Involving both corps can have an adverse effect on everyone involved, costing both parties ISK and creating animosity towards each other.
He stole YOUR ship. He is messaging only YOU. No need to involve others. You are in a position of leadership in your corp and should represent it well. Your juniors will take note.
Talk to his superiors. Let them pay you for that injustice. Let them talk to him. He is one member and one member is not usually indicative of the whole. See him in FW? Shoot his ass as payment, multiple times if needed but keep it between the two of you.

Even more like me.
Some....even LOVE me.
Those that have a problem and mail me, I usually keep the exchange between us. I won't start a thread and call out a corp. Not my style and I'm sure O.H wouldn't be too happy with having to fight a war for me because I couldn't keep my mouth shut and my ego in check on the forums.
Not implying that is what you are doing, just offering some perspective, bud.

STB is no joke. I'm just trying to help prevent a TK war that your corp will be forced to fight for you, even if they don't want to. Hell, some may not even know WHY they are getting TK'd in the first place. STB has loads of ISK to compensate their players because of PC gain, so it is easier for them. Save your corp and its members some wallet grief.
