2) Care to back up your claim using maths?
3) You say you use, scrambler pistol, but the only time you show us is for a 50m kill, which may or not been with scrambler pistol.

Please enlighten me with your definition of "support" Maybe I should stop you right there By support I believe he means it is a none primary weapon. a back up if you will
Well support is defined as
enable to function or act.
So I don't see where support being inferior comes from, if it allows another unit to fight more effectively then it is a support.
In addition I don't see where Sidearms are meant to be support weapons anyway. The reason people thing they are overpowered is because of how they use them, themselves.
If they are overpowered, CCP will see it in the stats, like they did with the flaylock.
