5 HPS Repair (at the Complex level, mind you) is almost useless. 50 HPS would make them viable and instantly counter the current TTK issues.

Are you even considering what this would do to new players? What this would do to the game itself? It's already nearly impossible for a starter fit user with no SP to take down a proto suit.
This must be a troll post really, do the math, I could put on 5 complex repairers and nothing short of a forge gun or plasma cannon or grenade could kill me, it would render every light weapon and sidearm short of a thale completely useless, it would shift the ttk from very low to impossibly high.

An Advanced Rifle does ~437.5 DPS, no damage mods. That's not me doing the trolling...
Yeah, it might suck for noobs trying to kill Proto Heavies, but if he's the only one facing him it should be difficult. But, on the other hand, it would give that noob a tool to keep his own *** alive and keep from rage quitting.
Whatever. The player count will bottom out soon enough and you guys can wax poetic about the days when you didn't play the same 34 dudes over and over.

Even in borderlands the repair rate is less than 50, add 2 or 3 to all the armor rep modules and they will be fine.

I defend the fact than repair module should be buffed but by ten......It's really too much. You're just crazy. Armor module is without delay and armor regen is ALWAYS supposed to be low.

I'm a ******* Amarr Logi playing with Proto Reppers AND actually Armor tanker but more "Armor Regen" than pure tank. I certainely know these better than you.
Core focused have a lot of drawbacks. And actually sucks if you need to help twice at the same time. Need a lot of PG/CPU AND is expensive.
And Self regen is supposed to be less than 1/10 of when you're holded by a Logi.
Actually i'm running 20hp/s of armor Regen and that's actually damn fast. I f i'm playing with your rules i got more than 150hp/s. Actually that means IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL. The theorical DPS is wrong.

Try to just THINK like 20sec what the problem is with 150hp/s of repair. |

Maybe as a "superpower" that logistics can activate for 30 seconds that has a cooldown of 2 minutes. During this time their repair rate is multiplied by 5 or 10 and their damage is reduced by 50%. This would be useful for running into a crowd of enemies repping a heavy or something.
Other superpowers:
Heavy - Damage resist Assault - Sprint boost Scout - Cloaking
idk, but that's the only way that numbers like these would ever be valid in this game.

10x more passive armour repair is far too much. Maybe a doubling would be okay but even that's quite high. There's certainly no way armour should be able to rep faster than the fastest shield regen.
Think about the stacking potential when you start talking about changing module stats and that it's possible to put on 5 armour reppers on some suits. If a complex repper did 10hp/s, with the skill bonus that's 12.5hp/s and then with 5 on a proto gal logi, that equates to 65hp/s and that's huge at only a doubling.
The 2/4/8 progression sounds much more reasonable than a 20/30/50 set up.

150 HP/s is 1/3 of the median rifle's DPS. Meaning, that with 3 Complex Reppers on, you can still go down in <2 seconds (assuming an average 600 HP Armor fitting. And with 3 Complex Reppers on, you're not going to fit any decent plates on any frames.)
I want battles. This 3 hit kill **** is getting old.

50, no way, far to high....
Considering that the reactive can give you 8 ,9 or more depending on what you wear. I agree, a dedicated armour rep should be way better than the reactive plates.
The top end armour rep should be more like 10 to 15, not much more or it will make the repair tool partially obsolete, don't want that.

Logistics : All equipements is ressuplied (STD : 25% / ADV : 50% / PRO : 100%) / Repair Rate x2 on heavy suits. (20s) => 3Min of cooldown.
Heavy : 50% of Damage Resistance (STD: 10s ADV : 20 PRO : 30) => 3Min of cooldown. Some version has a reduced cooldown but less time or at the contruary more time but longer cooldown.
Assault : 20% of damage increase (STD:5s ADV : 10s PRO : 15s) 3min of cooldown
Scout : Cloaking : Cloaking when not running. Disabled when attacking or receive damage. STD : 30s ADV 45s PRO : 1min Cooldown 5min. |

Sure as long g as shields get 500% hp and each caldari suit gains 13 extra high slots we also need a cal assault bonus that says improve effectiveness of dmg mods amd shield exters by 7747734578% per level

WTF? Everyone who knows me knows that I am a huge armor supporter. But this suggestion is AWFUL, it will make armor so overpowered, that I will literally be unkillable
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.
