Some Thoughts On BR's From A BR User, Mk Suit Runner & A Future CR & ACR User
Been using it since the hit detection for it got fixed right before 1.6 hit. I used to use it exclusively in Chromosome, back when it was a BEAST, but now that the HD is fixed it's fairly good. The GK-13 is pretty crappy though without damage mods to make up for it's lower RoF. The Allotek has a much higher RoF than the GK-13 (meaning the bullets in the burst fire closer together, not that the bursts fire off faster) and that simple stat alone would be fine for a prototype burst AR, but it also has higher damage as well. As far as skill goes, the GK-13 is much harder to use because you have to track much better with it. The Allotek requires much less tracking.
Yes, the RoF on the Allotek makes it a wonderful weapon, however it's RoF is only in the 800-900 range (can't access Dust atm & I don't recall the exact stat). The CR's RoF is 1200, meaning all of the bullets in a burst will be hitting almost all at once. So I can peak out in my Mk.0 and fire a quick burst at you and duck back into cover, and while you may tag me with a round while I'm moving in and out of cover, I just nailed you with 3 almost all at once.
The CR will therefore be much less of a tracking weapon and be more of a "sucker punch" weapon. Hit you with 3 rounds at once, and duck.
The ACR on the other hand will be beastly however. 1200 RPM & 68 round clip means we can dump a clip almost 2x as fast as an AR, then get the hell outta dodge while you are still trying to finish unloading your clip at us.

The rail has the charge, not the CR. You worded that weird, just wanted to ensure you had that straight.
