Easy for you to say. I specced into the Swarm Launcher because at the time there was no other light AV. Then the respec happened but the Plasma Cannon was so horrible against vehicles that it wasn't even listed as an AV weapon in the description.

Shooting a Plasma Cannon at a Dropship is the equivalent to shooting a Breach MD at a Red line LAV.
Even if you hit it you won't do crap. So much for Skill=reward.

How do you manage to reliably destroy Dropships with a Plasma Cannon?
