*While walking around the IGS station you spot some commotion across the rotunda hall from the PIE Emissary. It appears a small stage has been set up. White, Gold, and Crimson banners flutter from it in an artificially generated breeze. Imperialistic fanfare music plays as you approach (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5q6skxRLnsI), steady and triumphant. You see ranks of men and women in Imperial Guard uniforms standing both on the stage and before it. A man rises from a seat on the stand and walks to a golden podium. He begins to talk with a militaristic cadence*
"Attention, I am Paladin Metsar of the Praetoria Imperialis Excubitoris, and I come before you in a time of great change for our kind. The age of the mercenary comes to an END! Now is the dawn of old wars reforged. The legions of the four great nations shall march once more in force. Banners will fly, and the order of the universe shall be redrawn from the fiery ashes of this momentous time. Her Holy Majesty, Empress Jamyl calls upon each and every one of you! She calls for you to answer the one true might of New Eden! Join the ranks of the Imperial Guard, for like clay the Empire of Amarr shall mold you, and in the fires of war will you be forged! Stand as the bulwark against heathens and heretics alike! Ours is the light midst everlasting darkness, ours is the shining tower rising victorious from a sea of storms! Pledge your blade and your heart to us, and we SHALL never betray you! Ye, the path of the templar is long and arduous, but it is also wide. *The man steps down from the podium as another uniformed officer rises to speak. The paladin descends from the stage and makes his way to an adjoining kiosk where he speaks with interested mercenaries.* |

steady eyes the display with some level of blank cynicism current dressed in prototype advanced gear with books of faith hanging off him on chains all over his body though with no signs of discomfort, theses days he stands with an air of authority and purpose and moves like a general among troops, noticeable he has a badge of the amarr empire again on his uniform
"aero, true" shouts steady as he walks through the throng of the crowd that is forming
"what's going on... the imperial guard nots due to hit the warzones for another view days we starting early on the recruitment drive" speaks steady in a plain voice
"i dont care about you or your goals, just show me the dam isk"

Slowly approaching Steady, Aero whispers, "Indeed, the Imperial Guard is not scheduled to deploy until December 10, YC 115. The recruitment drive is starting early so we can be ready for that date, but this is really not the best place to discuss it as we have not yet made our public announcement."
Aero turns toward the crowd gathered at the Imperial Guard Rally and shouts, "Amarr Victor! May we all stand strong together to unleash the fury of god and reclaim the stars from the Matari terrorists!"

Oh spirits, these guys....
Galm wades his way through the crowd, pushing past scores of Paladins to make his way closer to the stage. He's at least three feet taller now than in his leisure clone, encased in his combat dropsuit. The black frame of his prototype armor is painted over with a matte white finish, decorated with swirls of blue runes and patterns that (while seemingly geometric in origin) were no doubt esoteric in nature. Behind the red sensors of his helmet, Galm shoots a glance at Kador.
"Oh of course he's here, why wouldn't he be?"

Not your typical PIE war cry.
Gods, there were so many Templars rearing to charge headfirst into Matari liberated space. It was like witnessing the berth of a new Reclamation. How could CONCORD authorize a rally like this? It'd only be a matter of time because the Templars took this into the halls of the Summit.
Or before a Minmatar plants a bomb smack in the middle of the demonstration.

"A convert," Galm grumbles, bobbing his helmet, "How charming. You know Foley, I think you might be the only... And I can't believe I'm saying this... Rational Caldari in the entire summit."
He turns to Foley and smiles under his visor.
"I guess all the smart ones know to keep away from CONCORD space."
Foley can't see Galm's face, but there is enough subtle intonation to get his point across.

badly we have a numbers issue the moment we take an area and then the matri just flood it with troops till we are pushed off. hopefully IG command will be more open to us planning are own attacks.
and it will good to see you on the field always in need of more men. Steady backs Foley on the back with a simlie and goes to speak to very worried looking concord agent
