Nerf the scr, its actually easiest mode, I run this with my proto amarr assault with 3 complex damage mods, its more lol than the ar, at least the ar kicks a bit.

Compared to the Duvolle it's balanced. Plus you need the Amarr Assault suit for it to be truly overpowered. Without 2 complex damage mods besides using an Imperial, the gun is garbage compared to my toxin AR.

Its only does 100+ when prof is 5 and stacked with damage mods...but what is the difference between what everyone else does with the Proto AR? I blink and Im dead from both but with the scram its a bit harder to go on a killing spree as with the ar just hold the R1 and your good to go. Just wait for the new rifles to come out for even more QQing! I suggest bringing a dam buckets wont do it.

I do the same kind of scores regardless of the FPS game i play, ive been a SCR user since day one they came out, not gonna change it just because they happened to be any good in the hands of someone that can aim, and by aim i mean i land 90% of my shots in normal FPS games, here its gonna be 60% or so ....due to the crappy KBM controls..

I mostly play Templar BPO these days with no damage mods, but you guys had 13ear and Zaria on your side, so when i see a team or equal level players, i crack out the good stuff...any less and i am very very dead against those guys...

Thats why i mostly run my Templar BPO SCR with no damage mods against normal people, but you guys had 13ear & Zaria on your team and i was getting waxed off with the squirt gun setup, they are not really normal. So since ive been running the BPO SCR ive gotten better, so when you then swap to the 3x damage modded Imperial and use it like the BPO squirt gun, stuff dies really fast.

However, CCP shouldnt put keeping players in the game up to the players, i quite agree, all the new players should not be put into the grinder this fast.

As a note: just check out the Accuracy Movie in my Sig, the gun i use there has a 1.5s delay between shots, so TTK is 1.5s, all the other guns people use against me are 0.6-0.75s TTK weapons, its not the weapon damage, nor the speed, its Accuracy that kills.



Theres no diffrence between me using the SCR and the ASCR, with the ASCR its even easier going though big wades of opponents, but ive never liked Full Auto Weapons.

The Crambler Rifle might use a bit of rework, especially now that its range is going to be buffed.

But it shouldn't be "nerfed into the ground". Keep in mind that Scrambler users are paying a crazy ton fo PG to run that thing, it's the most expensive weapon from this point of view.

In my honest opinon, the weapon is too devastating in CQC to be a tactical rifle. I wouldn't necessarily reduce the hipfire accuracy, maybe it could use a slight frequency-falloff damage, similar to the Laser rifle, but much less evident, so that the Scrambler's damage is slightly reduced within 15 meters.

Another option to limit the "insta-kill" effect would be to lower the RoF cap a little bit to prevent trigger spamming... (not as much as the Tac AR, it's ridiculously easy to make it jam...) it wouldn't damage tactical gameplay, since charged shots can pretty much melt anything.

I don't know, just a bunch of ideas. I feel like the Scrambler will be in a dangerous place in 1.7 after the range buff. People will cry about it even more and it might receive an exaggerated nerf. I love the weapon (even if I don't use it) and I would rather a slight calculated tweak instead of a sudden un-godly nerf.

The same goes for the AR, the AR is NOT overpowered, it just needs recoil... It wouldn't affect hipfire, it wouldn't affect 0-30m ADS gunfights. It would just give ranged rifles a reason to exist (burst, tactical, laser rifles).

Small tweaks, that's all we need.

Let's throw away that Nerf Hammer, for the love of God...
