I guarantee you wouldn't spout this crap if CCP rendered more than 60% of your SP useless (not including core skills).

PLC, Commando, HMG, Scout, Flaylock, Nova Knives, Swarms(1.7) Laser Rifle(1.7 gets worse), Dropships, and Shield extenders(DMG mods just work better)

Every buff and nerf is a slap in the face (or tickle) to the players time and money spent in game. No one can argue that the most precious commodity are Skill Points. Yet these points are drastically reduced when the nerf hammer comes down. I put time and money into a skill, when it changes, allowing me no recourse is thievery.

Thievery exemption in small print at the end of a contract is still thievery at heart but it tells me I have no right to my desired recourse. I still feel betrayed.

My point is ease up on the nerf celebration because many players feel cheated over their skill points now being misspent.

i have a dropship
i have a shield railtank
i have minmatar assault (medium frame but same dif)
flaylocks

so i fall into about half of your list, the other half i didnt spec into because it wasnt minmatar (or caldari for vehicles)

so i guarentee you that i WOULD and DO.

You fail to understand there's a difference between change and replace. CCP has replaced more than half of my sp with useless gear to remind me why I should never go against the crowd. AR & Logis haven't changed for the worse and you're specced into one of the two, so I can't reason with you. [Rhyme]

ironically the gallante AR is something i DID spec into but regret :P not that i want the points back, i knew what i was getting and i accept that.

and im not your typical logi. i diddnt spec into it for any reason other then its the only suit that can have both remote explosives and nanohives at the same time, i run around in a "sever" logi with my "toxin" smg blowing people up with explosives from afar (or up close for fun)

i rarely run full proto and even then its usually just to test a particular setup at its max. i could probably gear up with the triage hives and damage mods on a duvolle and stomp some ambushes but to me thats not much fun. i play to do odd things, and a remote specialist is what ill always be, EVEN if remotes get changed or nerfed into oblivion ill STILL use them, if only to prove you still can.

and unfortunatly you have failed to understand teh difference between change and replace. replace would be if you spent points in AR and ended up with points in a mass driver :P

You might get a respec anyways once CCP introduces all the remaining racial suits like Amarr scouts and Gallente heavies and whatnot or when they completely overhaul the skill tree. Until then, keep posting whatever you like to say.

I am a heavy...no cali logi. The fact remains SP was changed. i have said it before...if I buy chocalate milk at the store and it becomes white milk in my fridge...an expectation I had was dashed and i am unhappy.

Different perspectives still do not change the fact that when a weapon or function changes...without the option of a respec I call foul. You do not need to be a victim of the practice to see its injustice.

Side-Note: As a Tanker I have 13 Mil invested in Vehicle Trees. This includes 1 Lvl of Limbus LLAV & an "SP Sink" into Vehicle Maneuvering 5 (1.2 Mil of wasted SP on absolutely nothing.....) This is literally in only STD Madrugar Optimization, no Transporters, Shield Hardeners, MCRU, etc......just the Base Max for a Solo STD HAV with Proto Turrets. Not even my Large Missiles got past Level 3, & Small Hybrid is @ 2. I knowingly avoided the serious SP/ISK Sink that is LOLEnforcers, yet even with the accidental Maneuvering Fail.....& only access to STD HAV.....I still managed to dump 13 Mil into a very limited Class.

Vehicles will be even more limited in 1.7.....yet will require an even greater SP Sink. I'm @ about 34 Mil SP.....but guess what??? I'm not comfortable with being the ignorant masochist who hoardes 19 Mil Unallocated SP in hopes that I may get to actually spec Tank. I can't sit idle on my investments for a Year+ in prayer that this game gets good. I can't be complacent & wait as CCP literally subtracts from my investments every step of the way.....(No ADV, PRO, ENF, less Module Variety & Slots), while most Infantry have fun with everything up to Officer Tier.....& LP Store exacerbates the issue. What about that Pilot Suit that I've been awaiting since "Alpha"???

So I spend 19 Mil SP on a MinLogi AR with max Cores & Equips (Except ADV Scanner & STD Uplink). Why you ask??? B/C I want to try and play this F**KING "Game", & sitting on my hands with near 20 Mil Unallocated is counterproductive as F**K!!!!! As a Vehicle Main I had an intended Path, that has now been lead astray because subtracting Content while adding SP Sinks to an already terribad SP/ISK Sink is the CCP Dev FOTM.
