They will have around 18-30k eHP in short bursts with long cooldowns.
I'd consider 18-30k eHP to be a huge buff.

Charge time on railguns is .4 or .5 seconds, need to check the dev blog again, and adding .5 seconds is a 100% increase. Now that's noticeable. But for the forge guns, a .5 second increase to 2.5 seconds, now that's barely noticeable. So why even have the spool up time if it's barely noticeable.
(And if your telling me that you barely notice the spool up time, then I want the drugs your taking)
