Meh 10% damge is not that much. Actually, with TTK being so low,it will feel the same. Ive survived with My Shield tanked Ak.0 vs Imperial Scrambler Rifles, how bad can it be....

Now think of it like this. Many people combine the SCR with Damage Mods for Increased damage. usually 10+ damage per shot. But this loadout being AMARR allows me to Shoot MORE times before overheat ! Thing that the other suits cant do. And with the SCR RoF being so High does it really matters 10 HP? Well maybe it does but now i have enough HP to survive pretty much any engagement! Some random Amarr fanboi:''Man! Amarr are ARMOR tankers, change it for at least 2 Complex Damage Mods!'' Well My Fellow amarrian, but if i do i loose a LOT of EHP! (down to 298 shields , total 765). And my previous maths being correct this means:
910HP ak.0 + Imperial+Prof lv5 = 765HP, imperial Prof lv5 + 2 Cx dam mods +ak.0
This is something im confortable with.
With the capacity to resist enough gunfire and the amazing (personal) capacity to score Headshots 90%+ of the time, nullifies the need to use Cx dam mods at all. Sure the Gal Logi CAN have more Firepower on his SCR than me But: GÖªHe cannot miss a single shot,because he will overheat BEFORE me,and considering my high EHP base this might actually happen GÖªHe cannot STOP shooting since he only has 1 Weapon, this conflicts with #1! GÖªHe cannot RUN AWAY from me,(Even with the Overheat glitch) since im faster (at 6.7) and have 210 stamina ....All this,if he survives the first Charged shot to the head + 6 follow up shots.
This might be me, but im a strong believer SCR rifles were meant to be POWERFUL so AMARRIANS could use them without damage mods and there by Dual tank better. Of course other races will try to use the weapon , but instead of prolonged fire they will get higher damage per shot for a shorter time, thing that will doom them in many games when they face multiple opponents and make them change weapons in 1.7
