Assault rifles have been the Main God gun for a long time. in uprising you even BUFF it.
Now we have everybody ARMOR tanking since you reduced their penalty SO MUCH its almost as is there is NO penalty. So instead of, you know, balancing Logis, or buffing scouts,heavies and commandos, or reduce TTK on AR and CQ effectivness on the SCR...no . You come and do this:
''Added shield extender penalty - stacking slows down the depleted shield recharge delay.''
WHO HAD THIS IDEA!? I mean, who has even complaned about shield delay being too fast? So now , Shield extenders not only grant you LESS HP than Armor, but now you have to wait LONGER for them to start recharging? WHILE ARMOR Has CONSTANT regen?
Caldari + Minmatar and Scouts in general thank you, for not knowing what you are doing.
AND TANKERS! so now they have AMMO. Freakn Limited ammo. And you create a '' Ammo Expansion Unit module '' What is this? Why dont tankers Just have a SKILL , like infantry , to INCREASE ammo capacity? They have to use one of their now REDUCED SLOTs to equip more ammo? C'mon?
Well im tired, i guess there is no point in trying to be different. I'll be seeing you all with a Med frame Armor tanker soon....

Maybe, but I DONT SEE A RIFLE WITH +20% over ARMOR.

Scouts are the living (well, dead) proof of it. I COULD however believe this is true if Armor plates got their previous Speed penalties back...THEN we are talking.

Depends on the fitting, but in my case that i use SMGs on my Mk.0 Mimja with 3 Cx Shield Extenders, well... You can guess...
