Not reactive or FS just normal plates.
Also, make it so Gallente Assaults don't get a speed penalty and Smart get even more go from them.

Why not? I usually have tons of CPU left over after I fit 2 plates and 2 reppers.
Im tired of every non armour suit have the same ehp or even more then my proto Gallente assault.

Look, there has to be a way to stop every class from getting better usage out of armour plates. Gallente and Amarr should be able to take advantage of plates better then other races.
