Muscaat 514 wrote:Will mercs' standings affect corporation faction standings? If a DUST merc in my corporation starts fighting for the Gallente in FW, for example, will my corp suddenly be unable to anchor POSes in Caldari high-sec because of inherited bad Caldari standing?
No they do not.

Jaysyn Larrisen wrote:Serious question...if i call an Orbital Strike in from my EVE partner and it splashes some blueberry not on coms with me am I getting punished for the team kill or lose standing? Does the EVE pilot have any repercussions as well? ps... Unfortunately I can't take advantage of the LP store since I run Caldari gear and my Corp is purely Gallente Alligned. That said, really nice update!
No the EVE pilot is not punished for friendly fire. They can only shoot where you tell them, so it's kind of your fault ;)

Aeon Amadi wrote:Speaking as someone who was part of the masstest on Singularity and watching these AWESOME new changes work out first hand, I have to say this is -definitely- the right direction and we're finally starting to see the Eve-Dust link get fleshed out.
Very excited and I can't wait until 1.7 goes live.
My only question is this:
Will the orbital mechanics changes apply to PC? Are warbarge strikes still an option in PC?
New orbital mechanics apply to PC as well, however we are leaving the warbarge strike in for PC for the time being. This was actually a request from the CPM while we discuss the possibility of opening up orbitals to people outside of the dust corps alliance.

Beren Hurin wrote:Is there an Eve post coming to describe how this will work for FW players? Will it be a size limited plex? Or will it be like a large outpost? Will it have navy spawns? Will it be an anomaly in the system?
Yes there is an EVE dev blog in the works although it won't have too much more information.
There are no NPC spawns, this is not a normal FW plex. It is the same satellite that is already above each planet, it just has a connection timer attached to it, and can be contested.

dustwaffle wrote:1. Will LP gain be taxed? If so, can you buy faction items using the corp LP wallet, and are they transferable to players like ISK
No tax on LP.
dustwaffle wrote:2. Are corporation overall standings affected by individuals as in EVE?
No.
dustwaffle wrote:3. What is the max team damage done before you're autokicked, is this a fixed amount or variable?
5000 HP, but we may change that as required.

With the fighting intensifying, Team True Grit has decided that Faction Contract in DUST 514 were to become more awesome. Read on to find out just how you'll be taking planets for the empire of your choice in Uprising 1.7. Thank you for taking out the no standings loss from the FW Arum boosters!

Beren Hurin wrote:How will BPO salvage drop? If I have a dren or templar suit, and it gets 'rolled' as salvage. Do they just get a regular version? I'd hope we don't start multiplying BPOs.....
BPO's won't drop for obvious reasons. LP and AUR items however will.

pagl1u M wrote:1 what happens to standings if I lose a factional match, I do not gain or lose any standing right?
If you lose, your standings are not changed at all.
pagl1u M wrote:2 if I win a match for Gallente I lose standing for caldari but my standings with amarr and minmatar remain the same?
Correct.
pagl1u M wrote:3 what about those new equipments? Can you give us more informations?

Jebus McKing wrote:Will we be able to destroy friendly equipment in FW 2.0 and if yes then will the damage dealt to friendly equipment count towards the team damage limit that will get us kicked if exceeded?
Yes you can, and yes it will count towards the accumulated damage limit. Destroying too much friendly equipment will eventually get you kicked.

There is no corporation tax on LP, and you are correct it cannot be transferred between characters.
