If TTK would to be increase i would have a terrible time.
I already struggle with the Shoutgun/SMG's at close quarters, and if it took MORE time to drop enemies then they would have EVEN MORE time to counter me.
Example of something really common in my case: GÖªGet behind 3 Guys GÖªUse Breach SG on one= DEAD GÖªUse breach SG on the other one= Barely alive GÖªChange SMG = 2nd is Dead GÖªShoot at 3rd = Im dead GÖªGet 25wp for the assist.
Now if TTK WOULD TO BE INCREASED it would be: GÖªGet behind 3 guys GÖªUse Breach SG = Take out shields GÖª Use Breach SG again = Kill Red dot GÖªTake out SMG=Hurt 2nd Red dot GÖªDie in the proces GÖªGet T-bagged and a note from CCP saying: '' Why...just ...Why would you run in a scout...''
OF COURSE heavies and Commandos would benefit, but there must be another way....
Increase To TTK is ANOTHER STEALTH NERF to scouts, that already depend on very LIMITED TIME FRAME to take out their targets.

Well yesterday i went vs 2 Guys with Freedom Mass drivers and i had to take out my Proto Cal Logi because my scout would get 1HKO'd by them (350EHP) and i couldnt kill them with 2 CRG-3 Shots... : / I tried until i died 5 times in a row. And my scout is a Minny scout with more SHIELDS than armor.
I guess with a decrease of 20% To TTK to SCR and AR's Next to a slight 25% HP buff for scouts could help... :/

Aisha. Im a day 1 SCR user and i know that the SCR has way too much effectiveness at CQ. But nevertheless, this is not a SCR nerf thread.... (even as a Scout i dont get killed by SCRs a lot, like once every 5 maches..)
Is more like a Scout Buff one....

SMGs need to be MORE effective than regular Light weapons at CQ too....
Example:
PROTO BREACH SMG: GÖªGreat Hipfire GÖª34.4 Damage per bullet GÖª550 Rof GÖª 20mts Range
Standard AR: GÖªGreat Hipfire GÖª34 Damage per bullet GÖª750 RoF GÖª55+ mts Range
I mean , SERIOUSLY? The AR works THE SAME AS AN SMG at close quarters.... only HITTING HARDER!!! (note i compared the PROTO SMG with a STD AR,and STD AR costs LESS CPU/PG to equip,Less ISK, ans STILL,does more damage)

Well Mostly Disperion and RANGe issues TBQH.
The AR hits at very long ranges without dispersion and the SCR can be used as a CQ weapon effectively while having a glitch that nullifies its penalty.

ACtually. The situation mentioned above is Vs people who know what they are doing. Vs Randoms/bad Corps, i usually get all of them. (And if i get lucky, EVEN vs players that DO know wht they are doing!)
R/E i have those only to deal with Proto Stompers.And i WILL NEVER commit suicide on purpose...i dont know...its just me...
contrary of what many might think here in the forums, im a pretty decent player with above average gungame... (enough to get kills with Breach SMG's....)

On the MD bit either: A: They were hitting you at the same time and you didn't notice. or B:They were using damage mods If you were an armor scout I'd say they just hit you directly but as a Proto Minja a freedom wouldn't one shot you without the conditions above.
Im going with dam mods, since they were BOTH Gal Logis Proto (lol you dont say) Probably prof 5 plus 2 Cx dam mods were at hand. Stil li couldnt feel the ''shield penalty'' on them at all... : /
If it was option #1 then they were very synchronized,since it happened 5 times in a ROW . LOL XD
