Some of the squad tactics I had already included in another guide, so decided to reference it rather than copying it here. The reserved posts are to give room to expand the guide if people point out things I missed. Most of my guides grow over time.
I read it quite quickly but I didn't see anything on working with logi's, am I missing it or are you planning on a future guide?

Logi usually play on the Front line, so most new Squad leaders will have a good idea of what Logi are good for.
I did mention the use of Drop Uplinks and Nanite Injectors to keep the squad together, as well as the usefulness of sending someone with Drop Uplinks with the pilot to set spawn points on rooftops.
If there are other specific things you think that a Squad Leader needs to know about working with Logi, I would be interested in getting your perspective.
Yes a lot of squad leaders have a good idea of what we are good for but many have no idea on how to make our job easier.
Repping, scanning, watching flanks all at the same time is already hard with reds shooting at me and becomes even harder with the squad going full sprint while I can't keep up with them because lower stamina and sprint speed.
I have to say I also found good leaders while solo squad-hopping: checking ammo before moving to another point and asking to have the squad with full health and ammo, but those guys are so few.
Actually simple things would make me happy: not see them run around corners chasing the kill on an enemy at full health with only 23 armor left cutting the repper beam while I try to repair them, checking ammo counts before getting into a firefight, and not leaving me alone. I would not go as far as "be a meat shield for your logi" because only my beloved fatties do that for me but: make sure to stick with your logis because they are slower, wait for them; let them know what you need as equipment because if there are already 3 people running uplinks I'd better run hives or reps; if you don't know them so they can't recognize you by voice/suit don't scream for repairs but tell them your location; the same concept applies for nanohives and ammo resupply.
In my opinion the people who know best how to work with logis are heavies and other logis.
