It's a sale! But that's sh*t on the cheap! Or don't. I had AUR left over from a merc pack I bought a long time ago. It wasn't enough to buy a booster. But it buys me a sh*t ton of weapons and modules now!
I'm trying to make 100 million isk before 1.7 drops though. Aur stuff is cheap as dirt. I have a bunch lying around. Score!
The way I look at it, think of all that expensive biomass that's gonna increase your payouts each game.

Means everyone from ADV skills and up can rock out in full proto gear very cheaply. As far as balancing matches goes it's better to raise everyone up then drag a few people down |

Regarding the Pay to win of AUR proto, one of the drawbacks is while you can get ahead on gear, you do not have the full bonuses that skilling into the items gives.
* I have only ever used Aur gear that was free giveaway (mail list stuff) and to try out non militia available gear. Left over gear from the release of Merc packs.

I know this but think of it this way if they have their weapon fully maxed and suit is advanced and they can just buy a ton of protos now(Provided they know how get get out of dodge when things get too hectic as well as pretty decent using advanced gear) they will barely lose anything just like these ISK bathing corps. >.> I myself (not bragging) am pretty good at staying alive and keeping my team alive but I either die to spam,abusive, and proto bs. I have bought the CalLogi proto suit but won't use it due to either people fully speced out in what they want and getting things for cheap or to get spammed. I'm just a simple logibro >.> But what about the new players/people that will come on and won't be able to get this stuff for as cheap as it is? It's just not fair
