Logi+Ar+Active scanner is EZ mode indeed.
BTW The A.Scanner is way to broken.
Easy to skill into, easy to fit.
And the only way to counter it is spending a Lot of SP in Dampening only to then have to use 1 or 2 VERY IMPORTANT LOW slots to dampen your suit, only to get in a PC match and notice everyone is using Proto Focused Scanners and that you are a f***d scout...
At least if CCP removes the Duvolle FOCUSED scanner (15db one) Scouts might have a chance playing at 28 or less Db...

Play PC vs those Gal Logi Squads. They have around 2-3 FOCUSED SCANNERS per squad. LOL...
BTW, the Scanner should at least have their ''REFRESH;'' time incresed dramatically to say 30-60 secs after scan...a Logi can scan even BEFORE the previous scan fades,its ridiculous....

Maybe, but I'm a winning *****.
The A-45 should be the Proto version, more costly, more CPU/PG usage.
Not like FOTM GAl Logis couldn't use them efforlessly anyways....

So not only Its would STILL be broken, but it would be a Gal Logi Exclusive Item (when it should be Scout's ), making MORE, if not EVERYONE, to spec into Gal Logi for Armor LOL tanking + Active Scanners + ARs...
i dont think its a very good idea TBQH....
