At least let us read all the changes coming, so we can have time to think about the effects the patch will have on the game, and can further plan out our next sp sinks.

The patch is still 10 days away (1/3 of the development cycle for crying out loud), CCP probably won't know exactly what It'll contain, not for sure -Sony QA could always tell them to take something out (highly unlikely but possible) |

My god, you people are like this every single month. You don't even bother to wait until the last week of the month. People everywhere have been asking for patch notes since not even the later half of the second week of the month. Train Patience to Level 1, people.
CCP, thank you for hotfixing the knives. But please make sure they're at their full potential in 1.7.

Actually it was done close to 1.6's release.
Shield regeneration bonus for Gallente Assault is about as useful as Sharpshooter for Nova Knives.

Well I didn't say which 30 days 1.7 was made in  - regardless, odds are that QA, either Sony or CCP, hasn't quite finished with it yet. |

Given that the 10th of December is on Tuesday next week, I would expect the patch notes to come around either tomorrow or this coming Tuesday.

You should never expect to hear anything from CCP on the weekends. That's just how they are. Also CCP usually don't post the patch notes until one week before its released so I'd expect it anytime this week. |
