I can only hope signing up to Militia's are going to be enforced in future builds....yes by that I mean entire corporations or individuals must sign up to their own factional alignments to get decent LP pay outs and discounts at LP stores, thus restricting the market on LP gear and making it a valuable commodity.

Sure you should be able to merc out....but in doing that you should never receive the same benefits and perks as a loyalist who fights for one single faction....either that or you purchase such equipment on the open market.
E.G- I've spent the better part of a year fighting for Amarr in FW...yet why is someone who fights Min/Amarr/ Cal to get gear getting roughly the same LP pay out and benefits as me?
EVE side I already can't fly into Min space let alone turn around and fight in FW for them.
