No - AV should not get a spot. Infantry is the AV role - if you're pure AV you're playing this game wrong or have no aspirations to be any good on a competitive level.
Basically - anyone who understands Infantry should also understand AV.

I do not go full AV, but my focal drop suits are all about taking out enemy vehicles, to do that you need some level of AI proficiency as well or you will simply never make it into position to do any good. Having the ability to blast out swarms and nades to spike damage to kill off HAVs is super effective . Without doubt a slayer vs AV+AI(secondary) are different, as regardless of whether you are a FGer or swarmer, you are replacing your primary weapon with something not meant explicitly for a slayer role, and a FG does not have the speed, efficiency, stealth, or pure RoF that an AR or SCR has when it comes to killing efficiency.
Since you used yourself as an example let me ask: How many PC's have you been in? And how many corps welcome a guy with AV but no proto weapons or equipment when facing a good team?
AV is effective only when there's a vehicles on the other side - and who knows how long a vehicles will remain in play? What if he stops tanking and switches to his proto logi slayer? What are you then but fodder?
"Most dedicated AV have proto weapons, though." Then they're infantry with AV capacity - how is that any different then me and my prof V forge and proto nades?
AV does not need a seat - it's a waste. But beyond that - any seat that's taken by a specific roled player is dumb. CPM should be the unbiased logic of the community so they can reach our voices closer to CCP - not change things by themselves with there 'dedicated' knowledge. That knowledge only helps them understand to translate - not take over for the community.

And I don't see why if HAVs get a spot, the sole class that it is balanced against should not get a spot. That's like offering North Korea a spot in the UN but telling South Korea to go f*** itself.
Excuse me, but case to explain how you view my logic? Because your response made you look very, very dumb. There are, obviously, different types of infantry. But AV is one role that can be only handled in one or maybe two ways.
And now I understand this thread better - you're butt hurt that a tanker could get a spot but not your precious AV.
Neither of you will get a spot - Only community role models are getting CPM, not role specific players. Can you name any current CPM whose even really even half decent at the game?

You couldn't be further away from the truth. There are more ways to handle the role of AV then there are complete roles in this entire game. Butthurt? Why would I be butthurt over Judge getting a spot on the CPM? The only thing I said is that I would also like an Anti-Vehicle CPM on the CPM1 board as well. I just so happened to come prepared for the HAV purist group that I like to label "LOLTank Brigade", along with people who think that AV doesn't deserve or need a spot on the CPM And you say "precious AV" as if I'm an AV crusader who would like nothing better than to OHK every vehicle in sight. In reality, I'm actually quite fond of vehicles. Especially LLAVs. You can like me, dislike me, or make a freaking voodoo doll of me and jab pins into it like your Micheal Myers. I couldn't care. It wouldn't make what I'm saying any more or less true or credible.

And ignoring my snide remarks that you took literal, you could explain what these 'other ways to AV' are? Far as I know, there's Forge, Swarms, nades, RE's and other tanks. But I wouldn't refer tank vs tank as AV.
