Since you don't play EvE, I'll spell it out for you: Templar Codes that players put on the markets in EvE sold for the most part for 1bil ISK. Some people have gotten them cheaper because some people just want to get rid of them, but for the most part they've sold for a billion. The supposed going rate for Templar BPOs in Dust ISK is still around 300mil, if they're being sold at all, so 100mil isn't likely to get you anything.

Sorry I'm not part of AE where you get payed from your corp. reason being is the elitest corps shut all other corps out from being successful in pc. So my bad for wanting something at a reasonable DUST price without having to sell my sole and become a space prostitute patrolling new Eden for money |

Actually, they are mostly going for 650mil-800mil Eve, which is about 80mil-110mil dust. Even 1bil Eve is only about 134mil dust... get a clue
