100mil isn't even close to reasonable. They go for a billion for the set, if you think you can get them for 100mil, you're kidding yourself.

Since you don't play EvE, I'll spell it out for you: Templar Codes that players put on the markets in EvE sold for the most part for 1bil ISK. Some people have gotten them cheaper because some people just want to get rid of them, but for the most part they've sold a billion. The supposed going rate for Templar BPOs in Dust ISK is still around 300mil, if they're being sold at all.

Where? As I understand it, Dust to EvE ISK transfer doesn't work ATM, and the tax/conversion rate from EvE to Dust that was mentioned was a 90% tax. I don't know where you're getting those numbers from.
