Dear Dev's and community. I've been playing this game for quite sometime now. Love the idea behind it. We all know it isn't easy to develop all these content. So for 1.8 i have a request:
Forget any new items, forget new contents, forget new suits. Forget about balancing weapons, OP/UP stuff. Please make 1.8 about fixing the gameplay. OP/UP won't matter if you can't move.
PC being one of the most attractive element of this game is still far from being playable. Spamming equipment is the Key to win a PC. So it isn't competitive. Its about which team can spam the most equipment. The lag and frame rate issues are nothing new. There is a 50-50 chance of either being stuck on a wall or actually running and gunning. Personally the idea of playing a PC makes me sick these days. if you have even one player that's not from your continent/region , then your team has a higher rate of loosing the battle. We are playing the same old pub modes for the entire year. Graphics is still nowhere near the Trailer you've shown us. I'd say make a few alt. join a multiple corps and try playing PC just to get the experience from our side for once. Then hopefully you'd understand where all the frustration comes from |

Quoted for truth. It should have been pasued ages ok the damage its done to econ will be horrifc.
But really 1.8 pve and ttk fix neither of which will happen

Yeah, I don't think release cycle works like you think it works, OP.
Have you seen "fixed in 1.8" things in bug topic? This means 1.8 is baking. If you want them to do something aim for less ambtitious goal. I'd say 1.10 - 1.11, depending on how it goes.
But yeah, PC in current form sucks. I haven't seen "running and gunning" match in months, so I don't give a *beep* now.
SL dumbfire, DS bumpercars, tank godmode, working NKs. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Yeah but CCP FoxLag and team true lag have worked so hard at making PC the awesome sauce that it is.
I would hate to see all their hard work go down the drain.
