By my count Nyain San have 28 timers at 12.00 Eve time. Obviously they could only defend a minority of those districts if anyone capable was willing to attack them.
My question, then, is why have they set the vast majority of their timers to that specific time? This goes against standard strategy - AE, OH, etc all spread their timers out. Do most of their players only play in that very specific window? Or are they bored and want to encourage some alliance with the money and personnel to launch a large scale attack? |

Reread bolded part. I think you already answered your own question 
But yes, I'm pretty sure 1200 Eve time hits the peak hours for Asian gamers... and there's no particular reason for them to not have so many districts on that particular timer, unfortunately.
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

You know what maybe they didn't think about that at the time, who's stupid enough to attack nyain san, they never ever would of thought a whole lot of corporations would attack them at the same time? I mean let's be realists who would want to right, right?

Why would you not have a timer when both most of your players will be on while most of the rest of the community playing PC isn't?
Complete and utter proof that we need a way to somehow either mess with clone production or sap clone production to do something regarding crappy timers for people in different timezones. Although NS has proven time and again they can field an A team pretty much 24/7

they have two days warning and prepare there alliance if a large attack occurs.
