The heavy is STILL UNDERPOWERED.
He's just smart using the most Powerful Feature in this game: Teamwork.
Where the hell are you people getting this? Every once in a while Preston has someone repping him. Most of the time he's just a badass though. That dude is a beast. Plain and simple. Just more so with squad support. Like anyone else.

Anyone can sling grenades. One could make an argument that he would be more effective in a medium frame because at least he could carry ammo or uplinks for the team. Some people just need the HP pool to stay alive though.
