A little thing:Newbies must stay in the academy until they have 5 mill sp..Give them a ''SP - RESPEC'' option at 5 Mill so they can better accommodate their (probably) messed up skill trees.
This is much needed. N00bies need to play vs noobies.They need HELP. More time playing vs people of their same level will help them achieve more and do better , there by enjoying more the game. They cannot be going vs 20mill players after a few hours (or an hour) of playing dust. The SP RESPEC option is so when they get to 5 mill SP, they will know if they want to follow their path,if they dont like what they have chosen to change it OR correct mistakes the've done. This would help maintain new players and reduce the number of people like me desiring SP Respecs.
Something you would like to see in 2014: Meh SERIOUS MATCHMAKING.ALL Racial Content and a Racial balance on new content per Update. So we already have A,C,M,Gallente Scouts,heavies,pilots,commandos,assaults and logis? All racial weapons? Well if they are going to create something NEW, like a new Gun,then the update will include ALL 4 RACIAL VARIANTS at once. Walk around our Qurters and being able to socialize and do other activities. Being able to Customize our Characters Face, like in EVE, and any other RPG ....
Your future vision: Land grab Mode. A Corp or Faction going vs another one in order to gain a new planet/district/etc... 96 vs 96 battles with Vehicles, strategic points .... As Soon as The battle is done, the District/planet changes ownerand enters a locked state for a certain amount of time.
Different positions based in SP owned in this Land grab mode:
8 Mill : You can be a Squad leader .Giving orders to your squad, Same Orbital Bombardment option at 2500wp (around 415 wp per player in a 6 player squad)
15 Mill: You can be a Platoon leader (Giving orders to 4 Squads) When the Squads commanded by the Platoon leader reach 13.000k WP The option for Aerial Strike is activated. (Around 540 wp per player , in a 24 man Platoon) ITs like an OB,but lasts longer,in a wider (a lot Wider) Area,and does a LOT more damage. BUT the catch is: This ''A.S.'' takes around a minute to drop. EVERYONE gets the Alert, that an ''AS'' is incoming. And in 1 MINUTE the AS will strike. Now the other Good thing is, unlike the OB, there is no real way of knowing WHERE it will land, and in the case of the platoon leader, no real way if there will be ANYONE in that area when the Strike drops. Making THINKING AHEAD a very important factor. The Platoon leader will be able to Give Defend and Capture orders ONLY on objectives or physical assets,but affect a wider area giving a small bonus that ACCUMULATES with Squad leaders orders.
25Mill+: You can be a Head Strategist ; Giving order to the 4 Platoon leaders. The HS gets the most Powerful tool of all,but in order to use it His Team Must reach a total of 70.000 wp. (Around 700+ WP per player in a 96 player team) EMP Wave:The most Powerful Ability Ever to be created...I ANY GAME. 1st: The Head Strategist Will earn 100% WP , for each Asset Captured/ Destroyed, Same as Objectives Captured and equipment destroyed. 2nd:An ALERT to all Troops is heard and a RED message appears on everyone's screen for a second: (in The case of an enemy): ENEMY EMP WAVE CHARGING. Now you know the sh!tstorm is coming... 3rd: In about 2 minutes the H.S. Will get the option to activate it and let hell loose however he has up to 2 more minutes to use it,or its lost: GÖªALL Enemy Equipment Gets DESTROYED.(HS earns 5WP each! :3). EVERYWHERE. GÖªEnemy equipment will be INSTANTLY destroyed if deployed DURING the EMPW. GÖªAll enemy Radars Get Raised all the way up to 58 Db Scan Precision for the duration of the EMPW. GÖªActive Scanners WONT ACTIVATE at this time GÖªAnd the most important of all,All enemy players will have their mics MUTED for the duration of the EMP Wave.DESTROYING communication and an Organized Response. GÖªThis EMP Wave Lasts 20 seconds .
Now.It seems a little OVERPOWERED , i know. But it would be the FIRST time in ANY game where a Game breaking Power, Achieved by Sheer Teamwork and good game play, will be able to make a team TRULY FEAR the enemy team. Wow? AN OB!? cry me a river. Proto Stompers? Meh. Yeah i die , 1-3 times in a row. whatevs... BUT BRO, an EMP WAVE? a Whole game can be decided on what the Enemy Team does with it . 20 Most important seconds in any FPS!
ALSO, after the EMPW Alert is seen, the Enemy team has 2 Minutes To reinforce their objectives,prepare their lines, etc... A VERY Organized team or a VERY powerful team will be able to survive an ORGANIZED EMP WAVE but the cost will be high.
The Head Strategist can also OPEN the Map.and With the DS3 Analog/ Mouse , they can MARK a PATH for a certain platoon.This would appear on everyone's minimap (in that selected platoon) And if followed will grant an extra 5 percent WP on doing ANYTHING in that path. The HS will not receive any extra WP for doing this.
