Instead of using the weapon Wheel we could use the Command wheel, but in this case anyone would be able to use it but it would only have the transportation command
and for the SLs it would just be added to the regular command wheel

There are a few minor issues with it (mainly showing the pilot where to go before they accept - could be handled with a pop-up wireframe of the overhead map, the destination and the pickup). but otherwise it's a fairly good idea. Giving people more ways to communicate is always good - I'd love to see stuff for nanohive / uplink drops and repair tool broadcasting as well. |

How About Making a Second Seletion Ring? Pressing R2 and Some Unsused Button (one of the directional Buttons on the d-pas i think) will open the Comms Wheel
It Would have all sorts of thing , from Need Ammo, to Cover Me
After activating this things, you would get a Sign over your head that signals what is thatw hat you need, and it goes away after you turn it off , or 30 seconds have passed (to avoid Icon Spam)

Excellent video, presentation and outstanding ideas. I would also like to see this kind of thing implemented for LAV pilots (or armored personnel carriers if they ever get added), as well as, a similar function for tank, but a request for offensive or defensive tank support instead.
{edit>>> for LAV: there could be an option from the wheel menu to select ground or air transport.
{edit>>> as well, a destination needs to be able to be set from the over map, as a desired location may not always within a players line of sight.

Pretty sure peeps were clamoring for this back in closed beta.
It would be so damn nice if the folks i'm following as a logi could have the nanohive symbol over their head so I knew that they needed ammo instead of me just dropping them at random times and hoping that they noticed and aren't just going to run right past it.

We did ask for a form to ask for ammo but we were given none
What some of us did was shooting our seconndary at the floor in front of the logi and we would get a nanohive
but almost noone answers to that now a days

It will be abused, , you will for certain get 6 people and 150 wp for getting on and off, will lead to OB spamming, a low points will force all six to be used as intended. it will also have to include the current minimum move distance to get those points.
